Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday - other start dates may be possible subjct to availability.
We sometimes offer short break holidays ( minimum of three nights charge) or longer periods can be requested.
Your holiday let will be ready on the day of arrival from 3.00pm onwards.
Check out on the day of departure is 10.00am
All bookings are provisional until the offer of a non fully refundable and non transferable depoist has been paid.
Deposits must be received 5 days from the time of the provisonal booking. Only upon receiving and accepting the deposit will we confirm your booking by letter or email.
At this point a legal contract has been entered into by both parties and we therefore highly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation through a registered insurance broker
The balance is due 4 weeks before your holiday.
Guests will accept the accommodation as being in good order and leave it clean and in good order on departure. Any damages or breakages soiling or staining to the property or its contents will be your responsibility
We do not accept pets and smoking is not allowed at these premises.
